Analyze current state processes and systems, especially in commercial lending and loan servicing. Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases.

2. Expert in requirement gathering and story writing
3. Commercial Lending Product Configurations
Deliverables: Configuration of ACBS tables to client specifications, ability to advise parent and child banking entities of ACBS best practices
