Title: Strategy & Operations /Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations – Fraud
Location: Remote - US
Duration: 6 months Assignment
Shift/Schedule: 40 hrs/week


Description
About the Team
The Fraud team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect the platform from would-be fraudsters. You’ll specifically be focused on creating strategy around New Business Verticals and International Markets.
You'll become familiar with the platform’s three primary audiences — Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants — and serve as a key resource for understanding user behavior that may indicate fraud. You'll investigate fraud cases, identify trends, and develop long-term solutions to mitigate risk. Most importantly, you'll help balance delivering the best possible user experience while protecting the platform from bad actors.

  • Establish the strategy for the company’s approach to fraud, including products, pricing, and initiatives needed to create a market-leading subscription business
  • Analyze fraud vectors across the platform by conducting end-to-end analyses to identify bad actors and improve the experience for legitimate users
  • Influence and collaborate across the organization by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs
  • Lead a team of high performers, driving engagement, professional growth, and business results
  • Improve performance through experimentation by using data-driven decision-making to test and optimize fraud prevention strategies while supporting growth objectives
We're Excited About You Because…
  • You have 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field
  • You have experience working in high-growth and/or subscription-based businesses
  • You have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, achieving goals, and succeeding in team-oriented environments
  • You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • You are proficient in SQL
  • You have advanced Excel skills and can maintain complex spreadsheets and models
  • You have direct people leadership and team management experience
