Job Description

Title: Project Manager-II / Brand & Creative Project Manager
Location: Remote - US
Duration: 6 Months Assignment

Description:
Team: Brand & Creative Operations
About the Team
At Client, our mission is to grow and empower local economies. We believe brand and creativity play a critical role in making that mission real for every customer, merchant, and dasher we serve.
The Brand & Creative team exists to create work that earns attention, shapes culture, and builds lasting connections with our audiences. Brand & Creative Operations is the connective hub of the Brand & Creative organization. Our team creates the conditions for great work to happen — ensuring projects are strategically grounded, operationally sound, on-brand, and creatively excellent. We sit at the center of the work, connecting strategy and execution, people and process, ambition and action.

About the Role
The Brand & Creative Operations team is looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Project Manager to support Brand & Creative work across a range of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and is energized by helping brand and creative teams do their best work. You will partner closely with Business Leads, creatives, marketers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently from kickoff through final delivery.
You’ll manage timelines, coordinate workflows, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure projects stay on track while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder needs. This role will support both integrated campaigns and high-volume digital asset production across all channels, including OLV, social, digital, email, and in-app.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excited by the intersection of creativity and operations.

What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day project execution across creative campaigns, social activations, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain project timelines, asset trackers, status updates, meeting notes, and workflows to keep teams aligned and informed
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Brand & Creative, Marketing, Co-Marketing clients, Production, and external partners
  • Support intake, scoping individual projects, prioritization, and resourcing conversations across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Help oversee the development and delivery of digital creative assets across channels including social, email, display, and in-app
  • Partner with creative and production teams to ensure deliverables are routed, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure assets are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards
  • Identify project risks, flag blockers early, and proactively help drive solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and team operations
  • Leverage project management and collaboration tools to create visibility and streamline ways of working
  • Stay curious about and leverage emerging tools and technologies, including AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and creative operations
What We're Looking For
  • 4–6+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, production, or marketing operations within an in-house creative team or creative agency
  • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep teams aligned and work moving forward
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across social, video, and digital channels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Figma, or similar tools
  • Strong follow-through and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in creative operations, process improvement, and building scalable ways of working
  • A bias toward action, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for elevating creative work through operations
