Location: Union City, CA 94587
Duration: 5 Months
Schedule: Shifts are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Sunday through Friday
Sunday availability is required. Employees will have Saturday plus one additional weekday off and Shift times may vary based on business needs

This role provides sales support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate assistance and ensuring customer needs are resolved efficiently.

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
Job Summary:
This role provides sales support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate assistance and ensuring customer needs are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests
- Process pick-up requests and assist with delivery routing and transportation questions
- Handle will-call orders
- Provide customers with invoice copies
- Process credits and adjustments
- Maintain and update call lists
- Monitor orders prior to daily cutoff times
- Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers
- Coordinate same-day deliveries for the operating company (OPCO)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications/Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support or sales coordination experience (preferably in food service or a related field)
- Preferred: Previous call center experience
Professional Skills:
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
