Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager II – Deployment Project Manager
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)
(Onsite presence required during project initiation and closure. 60–80% travel expected.)


Role Overview:
The Deployment Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ergonomic equipment deployments within client’s Fulfillment Centers. This includes project planning, stakeholder coordination, quality control, and compliance management.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure.
  • Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Track project progress using Asana.
  • Oversee daily installation activities.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the Global Ergonomics team.
  • Host kickoff calls and check-ins with site stakeholders.
  • Communicate across Zoom, Slack, Chime, and email.
  • Coordinate workspace preparation and scheduling with site ops teams.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the Global Ergonomics team.

  • Enforce compliance with site and OSHA standards (PPE, safety procedures).
  • Oversee Avetta documentation and safety compliance.
  • Supervise Golden Station installation and approval.
  • Ensure proper decommissioning of old stations.
  • Manage installation quality and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate IT and peripheral setup.
 
Technical Skills:
  • Expert in Asana and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
 
Must-Have Experience:
  • 5+ years in fast-paced industrial/logistics/manufacturing environments.
  • 3+ years project management experience (preferably in logistics/warehouse).
  • Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end and presenting to leadership.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
  • Experience managing process improvements and people in a supervisory role.
