Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Description
In this role, you’ll work on scheduling and tracking the qualification status for part level production in the Manufacturing Design team. You will build relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations, identify risk and adjust priorities accordingly. You will be responsible for actively keeping managers and key partners informed of progress, changes and risks. You will oversee project schedules, activities and milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders. You will plan project meetings with cross-functional teams to ideate, solve problems and complete projects.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years program/project management experience
- Ability to understand technical terminology and work with engineering teams
- Proven project management skills including communication strategy, establishing goals and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for data
- Experience working with large datasets
- High degree of proficiency in Excel, Numbers and Keynote
- Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams across geographies
- Ability to gather and analyze data and provide meaningful insights to inform program and project strategies
- Skilled in getting work done through others
