Job Description
Scope : We are looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager with experience in B2B marketing with experience in the technology industry SaaS HaaS experience preferred. This person will be highly engaged and responsible for coordinating the development and execution of marketing programs for partners, reporting on effectiveness, impact and engagement. In addition, this person will need to be highly skilled at navigating a matrix environment as well as be comfortable influencing across the organization to complete projects. This candidate will cover for our Enterprise Partner Engagement Lead to support all marketing efforts that align to the Meta Work Partner Program ecosystem which includes Distributors, Resellers, Global System Integrators, Technology and ISV partners. This is a traditional partner marketing role supporting both channel and technology partners while also acting as a marketing consultant for the Meta Work Partner Program. Responsibilities: Be an advocate for Partners with crossfunctional colleagues. Support all marketing efforts related to the Meta Work Partner Program including Management of all marketing benefits across all program tiers All partner journey touchpoints, supporting the Partner Program and Enablement teams in building materials, communications and improving the overall partner experience from recruitment, onboarding, enablement, growth, evangelization and retirement stages. Marketing support for all partner tooling including the Partner Portal Salesforce PRM and the LMS Content management system Highspot Partner marketing stakeholder for all external partner messaging including Meta.comwork website Become a Partner, Partner Directory , Partner Portal Homepage, etc. Partner Brand Manager, responsible for enforcing Meta and partner brand guidelines and requirements including program badging, cobranding efforts, website representation and partner facing content within Meta partner tooling. Support tracking and impact initiatives through our B2B Commercial Salesforce platform and Salesforce PRM Partner Portal both Channel and Technology including Management of Partner EnablementChannel Marketing team Dashboard to show impact of all programming across the GCM team. Campaign structure and enforcement for tracking all activities across different cohorts, including additional partner engagement efforts living outside of the immediate team monthly partner webinars, etc. Stakeholder and owner for Campaign hierarchy within Salesforce platform, working closely alongside Core Solutions, Sales and BPO to identify gaps in tracking and build process improvements to collect as much programmatic data as possible. Strategic development and management of gotomarket content for partners such as Campaign materials Campaigns in a Box, enablement materials, etc. designed for partners that drive field marketing and sales efforts aligned to the Meta for Work products and solutions. Program materials, guidelines and process documentation aligned to our Meta Work Partner Program benefits, offerings and marketing programs. Management of partner materials and content within our partner tooling, such as Highspot and PRM. Existing partner marketing content including annual updates to pricing packaging, product information, program changes, etc. Support contribution of educational marketing 101 content for partner communications, webinars and newsletters Solution selling materials aligned to top Technology and ISV partners in the Meta Work partner program Cheat sheets, multipager sell sheets, slide deck templates Strategic development and management of our Partner Communications including Monthly Partner Newsletter process including, internal call for content, story selection and assessment, internal XFN review process, agency handoff and template development, email testing and approvals, deployment confirmation and internal communication as well as post send reporting, regular optimization cadence with Merge agency. Communication externally and internally to drive partner signups for the Meta Work Partner Portal, subscription sign up for the Monthly Partner Newsletter and any other recruitment efforts relating to marketing comms and tooling. Management of the Partner Portal homepage announcements section, tools, FAQs, etc. Launch Phase II Partner Comms Platform project including development and launch of Communities feature within the Partner Portal, connecting Monthly Webinar series Zoom to SFDC, SSO for Highspot tooling, development and launch of GenAI Partner Support bot within the Partner Portal and ongoing management of Monthly Newsletter process. Strategic development and management of Meta Work Partner Program marketing initiatives including but not limited to... Development and execution of the new ISV Partner Program track Phase I launch including marketing offering, tooling compliance and access needs, programmatic materials, etc. Management of all marketing benefits offerings and detailed impact on internal teams with any changes, additions or reductions.Manage logistical and operational elements of partner marketing including, but not limited to: Quarterly Agency budget tracking Oversee SFDC Campaign creation, partner lead upload management through Partner Portal and overall engagement tracking flow and troubleshooting.Management validation of team dashboard.Management of 3rd party vendors and agencies.Deep collaboration with Partner Content Contractor Qualification:Minimum Qualifications10 years of experience within partner channel marketing 5 years experience with project management, marketing communications, content strategy, contentdigital marketing or a related fieldBABS Degree or higher Experience developing working relationships and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally Project andor program management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel Strong experience utilizing Salesforce CRM, including creating and managing Campaigns, understanding of Leads vs. Contacts as well as Opportunity management Strong experience utilizing Salesforce PRM, including development of MDF functionality, partner Campaigns and proper lead flow, standing up andor managing Community Cloud groups and a general understanding of partner lead flows such as lead, contact and opportunity rules of engagement Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp or Marketo SFMC preferred Excellent writer and communicator Preferred Qualifications Experience working in marketing andor technology Excellent communication skills extremely organized Partner marketinggotomarket experience Experience managing 3rd party vendors, agencies Experience with Google docs preferredPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
