Job Title: Project Manager (Revenue Cycle)

Role Description: 
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and execute projects within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle operations. This role is responsible for hands-on management of the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while proactively addressing risks and driving progress forward.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Track and monitor project progress and performance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track and forecast project financials.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal teams, and managed service partners.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and discussions

 
Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager.
• Hands-on project management experience required.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle processes required.
• Bachelor’s degree required (technical field preferred, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate when necessary.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Middle Revenue Cycle / Coding project management experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
