Role: Technical Product/Program Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE
Mode: Onsite (5 days/week)
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end?to?end delivery of technology initiatives within the BFS domain by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive product roadmap discussions, gather business requirements, and translate them into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning with engineering and cross?functional teams.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to support API/microservices discussions, integration patterns, and cloud?related solutioning.
• Oversee project governance, RAID logs, cross?team alignment, vendor coordination, and release management activities.
• Deliver product documentation, workflow diagrams, and release notes to support business readiness and audit compliance.

 
Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, APIs, microservices, system architecture, and cloud concepts.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager in the BFS domain.
• Experience in BFS areas such as payments, lending, cards, digital banking, or core banking.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem?solving skills.
• Hands?on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
• Ability to manage both strategic product planning and detailed technical execution.
