Title: Junior Compliance Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Alpharetta, GA
Duration: Direct Hire
Bonus: 10% bonus (annually)

Job Summary:
Looking for a sharp, motivated junior professional to join our Compliance team as a Junior Compliance Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s interested in learning the ins and outs of regulatory compliance in asset management and growing in a high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the compliance team with monitoring trading activity, documentation, and operational controls.
• Assist with audits, testing, and reviews to ensure internal processes align with policies.
• Help with onboarding new accounts, reviewing documentation, and tracking compliance tasks.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure clean data and reporting.
• Contribute to projects involving regulatory filings, policy updates, and process improvements.
• Stay current on regulatory updates and assist in drafting/updating procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or a compliance support role.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong Excel and documentation skills.
• A fast learner who takes initiative and works well both independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Internship or prior experience supporting compliance, audit, or operations.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, order management systems, or fund documentation.
• Exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, or investment guidelines.
