About The Role:
  • Hiring a Brand Copywriter for the Ads and Co-Marketing team within Superette.
  • The role focuses on creating high-volume customer-facing creative content for partner campaigns.
  • The position involves writing scripts, MOFU/LOFU ads, paid social content, CRM campaigns, and platform-native content.
  • The candidate must balance creativity with execution-focused work.
  • The role requires translating strategy and partner objectives into compelling copy.
  • The candidate must maintain company’s tone and creative standards across campaigns.
  • The position includes writing performance-focused copy for multiple ad placements.
  • The role involves scripting short-form videos and creator-led content.
  • The candidate will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Growth, Production, and Design teams.
  • The role requires blending partner brand voices with company’s tone and messaging.
  • Scriptwriting experience for social media and short-form storytelling is essential.
  • The role also contributes to campaign ideation and creative development.
  • The position reports to the Brand Voice Lead with collaboration with the Creative Director for Ads and Co-Marketing.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer-facing copy for paid social, CRM, push notifications, email, in-app messaging, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Write scalable MOFU/LOFU creative focused on storytelling and conversion.
  • Script short-form videos, creator-led content, and social-first campaigns.
  • Create platform-native storytelling for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
  • Translate partner objectives, campaign strategies, and customer insights into compelling creative content.
  • Adapt campaigns into multiple versions and testing variations.
  • Maintain creative consistency, quality, and speed across deliverables.
  • Flex between partner brand voices and company’s tone seamlessly.
  • Create emotionally engaging and culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Use performance insights and testing data to optimize messaging.
  • Contribute to campaign narratives, naming, messaging systems, and creative concepts.
  • Explore AI-powered workflows and new storytelling tools.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, internet culture, and creator behaviors.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional copywriting experience in brand, advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Strong portfolio featuring paid social, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, co-marketing, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience creating MOFU/LOFU and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Strong scriptwriting experience for short-form video and social-first campaigns.
  • Ability to produce large volumes of copy quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and testing frameworks.
  • Experience balancing partner branding with a strong company brand identity.
  • Ability to turn consumer insights and business goals into effective messaging.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms, internet culture, and creator trends.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
  • Background in technology, media, entertainment, or digital advertising is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools in creative development and workflow processes.
