Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
Location: 100% Remote across US
Duration: 5 Months
Hours: 40 hours/5 days a week
Summary:
A Social Media Content Creator to lead our brand’s presence across digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, grow our audience, and support broader marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with a strong grasp of platform trends, analytics, and brand voice.
Description:
- Social Media Content Creator to create video content social media presence on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- The ideal candidate is highly creative and self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, a sense of humor with content and collaborates well with others.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and engagement.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships is preferred.
Skills:
- Video production experience – you’re intimately familiar with in-app creator tools across social platforms and know your way around a video editing software like Adobe Premiere
- In-tune with social trends, even before they hit; ability to respond ASAP to trends/memes to capitalize on those opportunities
- Solid interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with our social media communities
- Solid sense of humor, strong personality, someone who is passionate on social media
Responsibilities:
- Create entertaining, iconic content for client's social media that people want to share
- Work on crafting fun and funny, l content that helps further the client's mission
- Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content for social channels, primarily TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
- Work on large-scale content campaigns ranging from content with creators, to scripted content with our animated characters
- Work cross-functionally to help promote different product features, launches and initiatives like podcasts, course updates, and HR initiatives
- Evolve clients short-form video strategy.
Will the contractor be working independently or will they be collaborating with team members and/or a manager to complete tasks?
- Collaborating for sure with creative producers; creative video specialists, social media strategist and creator lead.
How will performance be measured:
- Effectiveness of organic creativeness and Direct Response social creative. and Engagement Rate and account growth for Organic.

Interview Process:
2 rounds of interviews (the first will be with our HM and peer) while the Second interview will be with their leader).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, marketing, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and timely messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and report on KPIs.
- Manageand create social media advertising campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to digital audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
