Job Description

The AI Enterprise Communications Contractor is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of communications that drive greater understanding of AI and the company’s enterprise AI strategy. As part of the Executive Communications team within Corporate Affairs, the successful candidate will help plan, develop and execute written and multi-media corporate communications that align with the enterprise AI communications strategy.

Responsibilities:
• The role will focus on the development of internal materials, including newsletters, email communications, intranet feature articles, and quarterly updates to employees.
• This role will also support the development of external content including social media posts and materials related to speaking engagements.
• Work in partnership with Corporate Communications and Business Technology Solutions to execute on communication plan objectives, timelines and deliverables, and the development of key messages and narratives.
• Work will include distilling complex and technical topics into clear and concise messages that can be communicated across a wide employee audience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ensure communications are consistent and aligned with the company’s corporate and employer brand identity, strategic direction, business philosophies and general practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, integrated marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent fields
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and proven track record of success in managing communications or initiatives
• Experience in AI or technology communications preferred
• Experience in the healthcare/bio-pharma industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of emerging communication trends and technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate company and team needs
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
