Location: Remote 
Schedule: 40hrs/week
Duration: 6 months assignment with possible extension

Job Summary:
About the Function

Our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence runs a high-touch, relationship-led model focused on passive candidate engagement and senior hiring. This is not a volume requisition function. We partner consultatively with senior business stakeholders to fill Director-plus commercial roles and senior delivery positions, prioritising quality of engagement, candidate experience, and long-term pipeline relationships over throughput.
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced contract Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for a mix of senior commercial and senior delivery roles across the Americas. You will operate with significant autonomy, managing search end to end from intake through offer, while representing the consultative, passive-first approach that defines our function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and senior commercial and delivery roles, from stakeholder intake through to offer negotiation and close.
  • Build and nurture passive candidate pipelines through proactive, personalised outreach and long-term relationship building, rather than reactive job-board sourcing.
  • Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor, shaping role definition, market expectations, and hiring strategy.
  • Run structured, competency-based assessment aligned to our leadership competency framework, ensuring consistency and rigour across senior hiring decisions.
  • Manage candidates through complex offer scenarios, including compensation band discussions, equity components, and any role-specific considerations, in partnership with the broader TA and reward teams.
  • Maintain accurate, timely data within our applicant tracking system and contribute to clean reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the seniority of the audience and protects the employer brand.

Required Experience
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment at senior levels (Director-plus), ideally within professional services, technology, or consulting environments.
Demonstrable strength in passive candidate sourcing and engagement, with evidence of building relationships with senior talent who are not actively looking.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to advise and challenge senior business leaders.
Experience recruiting commercial, go-to-market, or senior delivery roles.
Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, matrixed, global organisation.
Familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms and disciplined data hygiene.

Desirable
Experience recruiting across multiple Americas markets.
Exposure to AI-enabled or automation-supported recruitment workflows, and openness to working within an evolving, technology-forward TA function.
Background recruiting within or for IT services, consulting, or systems integration businesses.
