Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst II applies professional concepts and company policies to analyze data, produce reports, and support projects. This role involves working on moderately complex problems, coordinating work prioritized by senior BI analysts, and occasionally leading projects as a subject matter expert.
KNOWLEDGE: Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
SUPERVISION: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Coordinates work prioritized by senior BI analysts.
- Builds stable working relationships internally.
- Drive execution of assigned projects; may lead some projects, and act as a subject matter expert as needed.
- Produce reports and analyze data to support projects.
- Moderate understanding of business units and business domain knowledge.
- Basic understanding of business teams and cross team dependencies.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet modeling. Basic to moderate understanding of data warehousing platforms, reporting automation, data visualization
- Moderate understanding of developing queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI Tools, or other analysis.
- Basic understanding of R, Python, Azure, and modelling.
- Basic skills in Data visualization tools: DaxStudio, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Working knowledge of Agile framework.
