Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Location: Lake County, IL (Hybrid – Wednesdays A4, Thursdays J41)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Summary:
The BSA role with 5+ years of experience in IT and Governance, Risk, and Compliance. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Please find the Job details below and let me know if anything else is required.
Minimum Requirements
• Demonstrates strong communication skills to partner with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of operational technology in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform and streamline complex data analysis and extract actionable conclusions
• Break down business problems by understanding their needs, and crafting impact assessments
• Manage systems development lifecycle improvements by coordinating/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What Will Make an Impact:
• Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts, and frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, etc.)
• Seamless transition into existing ongoing projects including corporate business operations which support the projects
• Assist with coordinating activities across delivery teams to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders during assessment of initiatives and ongoing projects
Additional Details:
• Length of Contract: (confirm start and end date) 6 Months ( ASAP to end of year)
• Location/Site: Lake County
• Hybrid Remote and in-office = Wednesdays- A4, Thursdays - J41
• Cost Center Number: 611452
• Confirm Max Bill Rate or Manager Requested: $125
• Will they enter time in Clarity? Fieldglass, whatever is the standard ABV tool?
What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
• BSA skills, GRC domain background, ability to work with technical teams, good understanding of SLC process and procedure
• What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? Excel proficiency, testing strategy, and technical writing
