Job Description

Job Title - L&D Development Specialist III
Location – Remote PST
Duration – 6+ Months
 
The Learning and Portfoilo Partner creates and executes on the Learning and Knowledge Management strategies for GO LOBs. This role partners with GO Learning and Knowledge Managers, and SO LOB teams to identify performance gaps, design and develop targeted learning and knowledge performance solutions, and measure the business impact. The LOB Learning & Performance Partner conducts the Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) and Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to inform the development of learning and knowledge performance support solutions. This role focuses on new and large change initiatives within Global Support Operations and can take projects from analysis through design, development and delivery.
 
Within each LOB Learning team, each Learning and Performance Partner is aligned to a specific area, focusing keenly on driving learning and knowledge performance outcomes. They serve as the primary point of contact for all new workflows and agent performance efforts or significant changes to existing workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal agent performance.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Performance Analysis and Recommendations
    • Conduct Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) using GOLO’s performance consulting approach to provide recommendations to the business on how to develop agent performance
    • Conduct Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to prescribe learning and performance support architecture
  • Learning and Knowledge Management Solutions
    • Analyze, design, and deliver learning and knowledge management solutions that drive business outcomes
    • Rapidly designs, develops and facilitates MVP learning and performance support solutions for all new workflows, workforce transformations and large changes
    • Architects production workflow solutions based on PNA and RWA
  • Strategic Collaboration and Planning
    • Collaborate with GO Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and SO LOB teams to develop, implement, and maintain effective Learning and Knowledge Management strategies
    • Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to discover and analyze learning content and data
  • Project Leadership and Content Development
    • Leads large-scale projects staffed with FTE, CWs and Vendors who design and develop learning and performance support content
    • Designs assessment blueprints and develops assessments to measure the success of learning programs and performance support solutions
  • Facilitation
    • Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions as needed
  
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience, Project Management & Consultancy background desired
