Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join our Admin IT team. This is a high impact, senior level role that sits at the intersection of AI innovation, developer enablement, and strategic technology leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who can rapidly prototype solutions to complex business problems, elevate the AI proficiency of our development teams, and help shape the long term AI enabled technology strategy of the admin domain.
Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who can rapidly prototype solutions to complex business problems, elevate the AI proficiency of our development teams, and help shape the long term AI enabled technology strategy of the admin domain.

Responsibilities:
- AI Proof of Concept Development Rapidly design and develop proof of concept solutions that demonstrate the practical application of AI in the context of our business environment.
- This requires the ability to deeply understand large scale, complex business problems within the group insurance domain, translate them into technically sound approaches, and deliver working demonstrations that illustrate art of the possible.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and business audiences are essential.
- AI Developer Enablement and Coaching Serve as the resident AI development expert for the admin domain.
- Assess current developer capabilities, identify skill gaps, and design and deliver targeted training and coaching to accelerate team maturity with AI assisted development tools with a focus on Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Model best practices and drive measurable improvements in developer efficiency and output quality.
- AI Strategy and Architecture Consulting Act as a senior consultant to help define and evolve the organizations AI enabled solution architecture.
- Develop both near-term and long term roadmaps that align AI capabilities with business priorities.
- Partner with technology and business leadership to craft clear, compelling executive level presentations of AI strategy and transformation plans.
