Job Title: Sr Program Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite in every week)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of conversion)
Job Description:
As a Sr Project Manager in our Digital Services Team, you will work closely with product and technology teams to drive the execution of the Wealth Management Money Movement Capability. You will be interacting with executive and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative payment solutions to deliver business value to our clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Executive presence with 10+ years experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering measurable results
Expertise in project management disciplines applicable to large-scale application transformation, with a focus on payment solutions (i.e. ACH, wire, zelle, etc.)
Experience driving delivery efficiency through innovative and creative approaches
Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the High Net worth / Ultra High Net worth segments.
Understanding of technology interdependencies
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product, Design and Technology
Experience with agile ceremonies and working collaboratively with multiple scrum masters to ensure the backlog/release plan is appropriately managed, tracking team level metrics and removing blockers
Experience in applying agile concepts (features, stories) and practices (Scrum of Scrums, Impact Mapping, etc.)
Experience managing budgets, actuals, team design, and team capacity forecasting
Experience working with global delivery teams involving vendors
Experience in status reporting at various levels
Experience in collaboration and productivity tools like Azure Boards, Confluence, Office 365
Experience implementing Instant Payments, FedNow or similar payment instruments
Experience managing Regulatory/Risk driven projects like ISO 20022
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop and implement delivery plans that represent a collaboration between product and technology to achieve a common goal.
Facilitate weekly and adhoc team meetings to address issues, mitigate risks, and make decisions as appropriate. Identify when leadership input is needed and seek leadership guidance as necessary.
Support the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation through implementation
Work with product and technology leadership to delivery high quality outcomes
Build a rapport with internal Clients departments and external vendors/solution teams
Aid in preparations needed for approaching and exploring new initiatives, new vendors (and their solutions)
