Position Overview: Program ManagerAs a Program Manager, you will lead, oversee, and coordinate multiple related projects within the organization to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Your responsibilities include defining program strategy, managing budgets and schedules, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating collaboration across different project teams to achieve successful program outcomes. You will act as a strategic leader who ensures all projects within a program work together efficiently to meet organizational objectives.Location: This position is based in one of our offices in the following locations, requiring three days of inoffice work per week:Columbus, OHHerndon, VAAtlanta, GADallas, TXPhoenix, AZTravel Requirements: Occasional domestic travel up to 25 will be necessary for training, support, and teambuilding activities.Key Responsibilities:Program and Project ManagementoOversee planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interconnected projects within a program Manage and coordinate project schedule files, supporting Senior Field scheduling teamsoDefine and coordinate team schedules, tasks, and deliverables Lead or support Interactive Project Planning Meetings IPPM with internal and external stakeholdersoDevelop KPIsMetrics monitor and validate progress and health measurementoTrack program progress against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsReporting and CommunicationoPrepare management summary reports on project status for Field Teams LeadershipoDevelop and maintain effective reports including scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecastsoGenerate standardized reports and provide feedback to management on patterns, trends, and improvementsoServe as the main point of contact for project, program, and schedulingrelated queriesCollaboration and Stakeholder ManagementoFoster collaboration between different project teams, departments, and external vendorsoCollaborate with partners to ensure comprehensive Project Controls informationoCommunicate with clients to schedule appointments and resolve conflictsSchedule ManagementoOrganize, monitor, and adjust schedule reports to meet operational needsoEnsure timely generation and posting of reports and native P6 schedule files .XERsoDevelop and maintain progress curvesQuality Assurance and Risk ManagementoPerform quality checks and inspections on Project Controls deliverablesoConduct field audits to validate accuracy of reporting and processesoLead project Forensic Analysis, TIAs, and Design Intercept planning reviewoAnticipate and solve Programmatic Project Controls constraintsblockersResource ManagementoCoordinate with internal teams to allocate resources efficientlyoLead initiatives in resource leveling, planning, and deploymentProcess Improvement and DocumentationoDefine and lead new initiatives, including startup team infrastructure and portfolio management toolingoDevelop standardized inspection formschecklistsoCreate and update scheduling reporting processes, records, and SOPsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree Masters degree preferred 8 years of Program Management experienceProficiency in:oMicrosoft Office ApplicationsoSmart SheetsoPrimavera P6oSalesforce, Tableau Quicksight or ability to quickly become proficientExcellent verbal written communication skillsExperience working with highvolume processes and geodispersed teams across multiple time zonesStrong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with startup teams developing new processes, procedures, and platformsProficiency in creating dashboards and automation for summarized project health dataExperience managing direct reports and teams of contract personnelExperience managing multiple stakeholder teams simultaneouslyExperience managing international teams and missioncritical projects
