Job Title: Staff Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Deployments
Duration: 6 Months
Location: (Remote – Kentucky)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large, complex BOH technology deployment programs across domestic and international markets. This role owns end-to-end program execution across multiple concurrent workstreams and operates with high autonomy in a matrixed environment. The TPM will translate strategic goals into executable rollout programs, manage risks and dependencies, and drive consistent delivery outcomes across regions.
 
Scope & Impact:
Own one or more large, business-critical BOH deployment programs across multiple regions/brands
Drive delivery across engineering, operations, vendors, and franchise partners
Support rollouts impacting hundreds to thousands of restaurant locations
Accountable for timeline, quality, and operational readiness
Operate independently within defined strategic direction
 
Key Responsibilities:
Program Ownership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end BOH deployment programs from planning through go-live and stabilization
• Build integrated program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, training, and cutover
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across parallel workstreams
• Define success metrics and ensure milestone delivery

 
Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, and Franchise groups
• Drive accountability with vendors and system integrators
• Adapt rollout execution for regional needs while maintaining global standards

 
Technical & Operational Readiness

• Ensure readiness across software, integrations, hardware, networking, and support models
• Translate technical constraints into clear execution plans for business stakeholders
• Validate go-live criteria and oversee cutover activities
• Lead post-deployment reviews and continuous improvements

 
Stakeholder Communication

• Provide concise program updates to senior leadership
• Escalate risks early with mitigation plans
• Influence decisions through data and execution clarity

 
Staff-Level Expectations:

• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Make independent decisions within program scope
• Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively
• Raise program management rigor and execution standards
• Partner closely with Product Management on delivery execution

 
Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program or Technical Project Management
• Proven experience leading large enterprise technology deployments
• Strong technical understanding of software systems, integrations, and infrastructure
• Experience managing global or multi-region programs
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority

 
Nice to Have:

• BOH, restaurant, retail, or POS systems experience
• International rollout or market launch programs
• Knowledge of inventory or restaurant operating systems
• Experience working with franchise partners
