Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 9 Months (hybrid schedule – 2 days On-site)     
Location: Darien, CT (06820)

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate would have project management experience, understand artwork routing requirements, be financially savvy, understanding of a CPG structure and cross functional ways of working, and highly organized and detail oriented.
 
Responsibilities:
Deliverables:
1. Artwork

• Approve artwork (label changes/no new creative).
• Project management with internal resource GBS to meet NPI timelines.
• Approve swatch benchmarks to align with brand standards in partnership with internal testing resources.
• Approve on pack swatches and color ways to align with brand standards.
• Ensure global compliance with all artwork.

2. Marketing

• Create swatches for marketing and educational purposes.
• Ensure claims tables are up to date if required.
• Perform project management-related responsibilities.
• IDH/Hint projects.
• Create a project volume estimate to be presented at gate meetings.
• Ensure volumes are meeting MOQ standards/ review forecast accuracy.
• Prepare CAM & GO meetings.
• Attend NPI meetings.
• New Item Set Up, where necessary.
• Ensure sales are aware of inventory management.

Preferred:

• If they have past salon or beauty experience this would be preferred.
