Summary
The Developer Support Operations team is seeking an experienced Developer Support Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of developer support.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to help with shaping the development and implementation of our Developer support strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, innovate, and advocate for support solutions that meet the needs of Developers.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, innovate, and advocate for support solutions that meet the needs of Developers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Program Manager for Developer Support Foundations to understand and define business requirements for Developer Support.
- Manage operational and technical projects, provide documentation, and frequently communicate status, progress, and roadblocks to XFN and Leads.
- Understand stakeholder landscape and communicate effectively across many levels.
- Advocate for developer support by creating advocacy and visibility into successes and changing external sentiment through stronger visibility and market recognition.
- Gain supporting insights through data and tell stories through data to inform decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong experience in managing projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to XFN audiences and build strong relationships with the team and XFN stakeholders.
- Strong experience with data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Curiosity in product development and a passion for advocating for AI-focused support solutions.
- Domain-level expertise in developer support, including support systems, vendor operations, and operational knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- Familiarity with the VR or gaming industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, large-scale, complex environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, legal, or business-related field.
- Privacy or Project Management (PCP) certifications preferred.
- Experience in tech (preferred).
Typical Day in the Role:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including building a unified backend for developer support and innovating how a unified entry point should look for developers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
- Analyze data, report on metrics, and make informed decisions to inform decision-making.
