Title: Media Operations Associate
Duration: 6 Months Assignment with option to extend
Location: Remote - US - - Any Time Zone
Note: 2-4+ yrs of Exp in Ad Tech or Ad Campaign Ops / SQL Exp Preferred
Description: We are looking for a detail oriented, highly-motivated Media Operations Associate to support our Mid-Market CPG Ads business. This will be a highly cross-functional role that will contribute to our quickly-scaling business by owning end-to-end account onboarding, advertiser activation, and general campaign management. You will have a critical role in driving impact that will influence and impact advertiser success.
You will:
- Manage advertiser account creation and onboarding at scale, with a close attention to detail to ensure account access and billing is correctly configured
- Build and execute advertiser campaigns to enable timely and accurate launches tied to high-stake media investments
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure Salesforce inputs for both campaign briefs and pipeline tracking are accurately maintained
- Manage day-to-day campaign issues or questions from Sales and advertisers, being the first tier of escalation to troubleshoot independently or in coordination with internal teams
- Partner closely with our Catalog team to ensure Advertisers are able to run campaigns against their full desired portfolio
- Streamline and automate processes as workflows evolve
Required skills:
- 2-4+ years of experience in Ad Tech and/or Ad Campaign Operations experience supporting Account Management or Sales
- You are proficient at (or a fast learner of) a variety of tech platforms such as SFDC and other similar CRM platforms. SQL skills and analytics experience are a plus.
- You are comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and priorities - and hitting deadlines
- You have strong attention to detail, and can ensure accurate outputs while juggling multiple workstreams
- You have a proven track record of leading projects and delivering results needed to complete business goals in a complex and fast moving environment
- You are process driven. You excel in getting to a low-level of understanding, and are able to help shape operational improvements accordingly.
- You are a problem solver. You don’t need a playbook. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan.
