Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000

Scope of the Role for the Accounting Manager

• Transform project accounting into a strategic value‑adding function.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and KPIs for project setup, billing, WIP, revenue recognition, and profitability tracking.
• Partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely financial visibility.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for real‑time operational insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing project accounting team.

Preferred Background for the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven background in building or maturing a project accounting function—policies, workflows, systems, reporting.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle financials, project controls, WIP, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• ERP proficiency; Deltek experience preferred.
