Overview:
Client’s Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs (CELP) team is looking for a Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Hub Project Manager that will provide project management and operational support for this vital employee resource platform. The C&E Hub Project Manager will work closely with CELP team members, cross-functional partners and subject matter experts, to manage and run critical site maintenance and enhancements. The C&E Hub Project Manager will also manage daily program operations, triage and respond to content requests and drive process improvements in the platform & tech, reporting & measurement and content workstreams. The ideal candidate will have an ability to balance strategy, proactive problem solving and critical thinking with tactical execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple work streams to execute against project plans.
- Demonstrate strong ability to engage directly with subject matter experts and management at varying levels on strategy/key summaries and be able to work at tactical level within working teams.
- Promote, manage, and deliver continuous operational improvements through proactive problem solving and solutioning.
- Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and drive creation of relevant project plans and timelines.
- Propose solutions to manage stakeholder expectations and manage project scope.
- Drive standardization of project, portfolio, and operational processes.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in executing and reviewing work to ensure the highest quality deliverables within approved timelines and budget.
- Integrate and synthesize technical and substantive information from multiple teams, including legal, engineering, data analytics, and technology, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years additional project/program management experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Project management experience in the learning & educational space within the technology or professional services industries
- Experience working on Legal, Security, Compliance, or Risk projects PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s).
