Job Title: Project/Program Manager I

Job Description:

• Responsible for the coordination and analysis of the Intermodal and Freight program executed on load platform
• Oversee aspects of execution and strategy insights
•  Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of customer delivery goals.
• Prepare reports for upper management
• May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in program or supply chain management.
• Familiar with a variety of logistics or supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals of securing capacity for customer need at the lowest cost to serve
• Performs a variety of tasks
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 
Responsibilities:

• They will pull data and insights from the work performed on the platform
• Look at different strategy initiatives, come up with recommendations, interact with customer teams, create reporting using query pulls SQL and Quick Sight, Excel and Pivots, engaging with customer teams to gather requirements.

 
Required Skills:

• Program Management within Logistics Ideal
• Targeting technology business opposed to a legacy trucking industry
• Required education or certifications: Bachelors

 
Must Have:

• SQL and Quick Sight,
• Advanced Excel Pivots
• Great written and verbal communion
