This role is for the Legal Project Management Office (PMO), the resource will function as a business project manager with a focus on project and organizational change management for legal initiatives.
In this role, you’ll lead project teams through initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases to meet legal project objectives. Additionally, you’ll manage business-specific project change management deliverables that impact the House Counsel and Corporate Legal organizations.

TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Proven outstanding organization and project management skills with PMP certification.
Skillfully managed cross-functional teams with the delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including the Adkar Model on large-scale Legal projects
Proven ability to communicate project risks and develop and deploy mitigation strategies.
Demonstrated experience effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Nice to Have:
Real Estate background with an understanding of office openings, facilities coordination, and related business processes would be helpful.
