Summary:
Responsible for assuring the successful completion of various changes such as new product launches, products or technology transfers, raw material changes, new market introductions, packaging changes among others. This role is the leading contact with stakeholders for managing timely execution, follow up and status reporting. Ensures site Project Management strategy is deployed and assures execution via formal processes.

Summary:

Ensures site Project Management strategy is deployed and assures execution via formal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrates and ensures that the project development strategies are aligned to site strategy support the product sourcing management process.
- Lead impact/feasibility assessment of product change.
- Coordination of requested requirements.
- Assign resources/team forming.
- Negotiate implementation timeline.
- Ensure checklist utilization for every applicable project and ascertain checklist is updated.
- Prepare high level timeline for new products and new presentations.
- Develop product launch strategies.
- Anticipate, identifies and communicates possible issues impacting launch or transfers; proposes contingencies/alternatives and iniitiates corrective actions.
- Support and promote Lean and RFT initiatives.
- Drive Process Improvement Initiatives.
- Ensures site is properly using harmonized local or global system in a harmonized matter.
- Support Managers in budget unit preparation and new product/transfer budget assumptions.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaison with Center New Products team, Global Sourcing, SCM, GTS and Regulatory for new products and transfers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (Pharmacy or Engineering), Master’s degree, desired.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with relevant related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Technical Services, Product Transfers, New Product Introduction, Regulatory Compliance.
- Microsoft Project Management knowledge.
- Self-starter, team player, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Good verbal communication and ability to coach and provide guidance to others.
- Computer literate, with superior skills in managing Excel spreadsheets (or similar database).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven record of problem-solving, decision-making skills and application of process improvement tools.
- Standard office environment, ability to travel, drive, unusual attendance requirements, weekend work.
