Title: UX Product Designer
Location: Remote (Must work EST hours)
Duration: 03+ Months
Summary:
The main function of a Product is ownership for researching and designing all user experiences for their dedicated business and product suite. A Product Designer owns and executes the design strategy and tactics necessary for their dedicated business and product suite. They are seen as a critical team member for identifying the user needs, iterating on solutions, and delivering the aligned-to experience of their product suite.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities:
Customer (or User) Focus
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders and their product team to help identify opportunities to better understand customer’s needs.
- Understands how his/her role impacts their product's KPIs and overall success metrics
- Can work proactively with product, business stakeholders and technology to come up with solutions against the defined problems of their product suite.
- Can generate new solutions by analyzing product data for insights.
- Collaborates effectively and proposes solutions when faced with business, product or technology constraints
- Constantly seeks out and works to deliver shared understanding with their team and stakeholders.
- Defines user experience concepts and components for the product or project using artifacts such as user flows, site mapping, low fidelity sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Identifies and guides their product team on when generative and evaluative research exercises are needed throughout the project process.
- Strong attention to detail within their design process
- Adheres to established design patterns and proposes new patterns when needs are concretely identified.
- Can clearly articulate their proposed solution's design rationale with their stakeholders and project team members
- Proactively uses data to establish key metrics for projects.
- Explores data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand the context of the problems to solve
- Identifies gaps where data is needed.
- Strongly emphasizes and advocates the need to test solutions with users.
- Iterates research methods based on testing and data analysis.
- Understands the nuances of designing for different users, processes (both internal and external), platforms and applications types while supporting OKRs and KPIs in the product lifecycle.
- Efficiently leverages design software for their solution process – Figma is the preferred tooling of this organization.
- Effective in communicating design needs with their engineering counterparts and providing clear, organized design work ready for development
