Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data analysis and metric development within our Asset Performance Management (APM) system. The analyst will evaluate available data, identify trends, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance asset health monitoring and work management. This role will work closely with APM, SAM and Substation Operations, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data analysis and metric development within our Asset Performance Management (APM) system. The analyst will evaluate available data, identify trends, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance asset health monitoring and work management. This role will work closely with APM, SAM and Substation Operations, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from APM to identify patterns and opportunities for new metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure relevant asset health and work management metrics are defined.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Provide insights on data trends that impact asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of Power BI reports by providing well-structured data analysis, but will not directly develop dashboards.
- Work with data engineers to ensure data pipelines and integration processes align with reporting needs.
- Experience in data analysis, asset management, or maintenance analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with APM systems (such as Bentley, GE, or Siemens APM) is a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Good communication skills to present findings to business and technical stakeholders.
