Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled analyst to manage the day-to-day operations of our support demand planning application. The ideal candidate will provide Level 1 (L1) support, triage support requests, train users on application usage, and collaborate with the application providers to resolve user issues. This role requires an understanding of supply chain systems and processes, as well as the ability to query databases using SQL statements. The Analyst will work with users both in person and remotely making self-starting abilities essential.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management. Demand planning environment – as a planner / a systems analyst. Demand planning tools
- Proven experience in application support or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Familiarity with supply chain systems and processes. Experience in training and user support.
- End to end supply chain experience / demand planning or forecasting
- 3 to 5 years in demand planning
