We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect - Salesforce to lead a team within the Checkout Go-to-Market team. This role is pivotal in managing both a team of Salesforce architects and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that enable our business to scale. You will collaborate with leadership to develop a strategy and vision for scaling our systems to create comprehensive tools to improve sales and implementation efficiencies and improve the project management experience for our external customers.
 
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for rethinking the assumptions behind how traditional workflows and services are built and maintained in order to develop scalable, high impact, new solutions to challenging business problems. You will draw from a deep and broad hands-on technical expertise to own large and complex multi-business deliverables. A successful candidate will be able to articulate and drive a strategic vision, bring deep technical and expertise, strong business judgment, and clear leadership to help us build and execute effectively on the complex Salesforce roadmaps. In this role, you will manage cross-functional communication, identify & mitigate risks to efficient delivery, decompose ambiguous problems into workable plans, and to lead execution across multiple teams.
 
Required:
  • Salesforce Solution Architecture
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years as a Salesforce solution architect
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding of standard, out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and application to complex customer needs
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
  • Ability to perform SQL queries and familiarity with AWS data storage services
  • Ability to independently drive Salesforce product integration within a rigorous security environment, navigating 3rd party application security reviews
  • Ability to independently lead a Salesforce development team with internal and contract resources to deliver new system integrations
  • Experience integrating AWS products and services with Salesforce
