Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in AI, data science, and software engineering. This role will involve spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and building pro-code agents on the Agentforce platform.
Our team is committed to driving growth for both our company and our customers by harnessing the power of AI on client’s Agentforce platform. Agentforce offers a host of powerful out-of-the-box capabilities for AI-driven automation and insights. We are enhancing these features through the development of pro-code AI skills. As pioneers in advanced Agentforce use cases, we integrate classical data science and machine learning techniques to develop powerful AI solutions. As Customer Zero of these advanced use cases, we develop AI agents and software development patterns that guide both our internal teams and external customers on how to fully leverage the value of Agentforce.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and agents for the product organization.
  • Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art models, including LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (using both Python and Apex).
  • Perform model optimization for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Implement advanced feature engineering techniques for structured and unstructured data.
  • Utilize common AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others to build and optimize AI applications.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and solve high-value problems.
  • Deliver technical solutions that directly improve KPIs or business outcomes.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive innovation within the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and AI development.
 
What a day for this contractor will look like?
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, blockers, and plans. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and solve high-value problems.
  • Model Development: Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models, including LLMs and Generative AI frameworks. Work with frameworks like scikit-learn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Feature Engineering and Optimization: Perform advanced feature engineering and optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Technical Solutions: Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines using tools like Docker, AWS Sagemaker, and Airflow. Work on delivering solutions that improve KPIs or business outcomes.
  • Apex Development: Integrate AI solutions with client’s Agentforce platform, including working with Apex for custom development.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive innovation within the team.
  • Documentation: Document work, including model architectures and deployment strategies, to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
 
Must have skills:
  • Apex and python engineering skills, API endpoint development experience
     
Teachable skills:
  • Agentforce dev
