Job Description

Title: Technical Project Manager IV
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Temporary Project Management Assistant to support our EHS team in managing projects, updating project management reports, and ensuring key milestones are met. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing high-functioning teams, preferably with an EHS background. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, metrics, and reporting, as well as preparing submissions and ensuring KPI/OKR assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
• Update project management reports, including project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Streamline processes, metrics, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare submissions, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Ensure KPI/OKR assurance, including tracking and reporting on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Deliverables:
• Bi-weekly project status reports, including updates on project milestones and KPIs.
• Monthly project dashboard updates, including visual representation of project progress and key metrics.
• Quarterly submission preparation, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Semi-annual review of processes, metrics, and reporting, including recommendations for improvement.
• Ad-hoc project management reports and analysis as requested by the EHS team

Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in managing high-functioning teams, preferably with an EHS background.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with creating project management reports and Tableau dashboards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must have skills:
• Project management: proven track record to know how to handle multiple tasks, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Being able to understand the program management requirements and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Be a great facilitator and coordinator.

Nice to have skills:
• Work with a matrix organization.
• Be able to reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Environmental health and safety background. Project management tooling PMP
• Experience with KPI dashboards and building them.
