Title: Project Manager, Leadership Development
Duration: 7+ Months
Location: Remote (SF Bay Area Preferred)
Overview:
The People Development team at Client plays a critical role in ensuring our employees have the tools and learning opportunities to multiply their impact at work and continually grow themselves as individuals, managers, and leaders. To support this work, we are hiring a contract role to help create a best-in-class experience for our leaders. This role will manage multiple projects and work with a global team to drive efficiencies. This person will be an expert project manager and love managing data and building systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage dynamic project plans while applying a systems-thinking approach.
- Help define project strategy, in partnership with partners across the team.
- Independently manage projects for in-the-moment high-priority builds.
- Build new processes and systems for teamwide use.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and make processes consistent over time while balancing more immediate needs.
- Conduct data analysis on different types of data + synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Run ad hoc data reports and quickly build basic charts, tables, and/or visuals.
- Collaborate closely with partners across the team to support data needs.
- Define processes and systems for data management.
- Understand a variety of data systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Cornerstone, Chronus, etc.) to be able to pull data and also understand - and explain to others - how we can use them.
- Define problems + opportunities with data proactively and generate solutions; strong problem definition + problem solving skills.
- Train teammates and business partners on how to access self serve data.
- Create user-friendly documentation of data processes.
- Draft communication updates for projects, events, etc.
- Plan and execute program operations, supporting end-to-end delivery for a variety of leader programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of project/program management experience with a proven track record of operating independently and in a team environment while delivering results in an organized manner.
- Experience managing evolving priorities, in addition to planning and executing special projects as needed.
- Experience with data management, systems, analysis.
- Experience in customer service and communication (written, verbal, and presentation) with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
- Fluent in Google Suite, especially google sheets, and project management tools.
- Excel experience in creating macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, workbooks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management (PMP/PMI) certification.
- Experience with learning & development and/or organizational effectiveness.
