The Product Enablement Logistics and Operations team is a strategic partner responsible for equipping The Distribution Organization with essential knowledge, skills, content, and tools to maximize productivity and customer success. We solve business challenges through outcome-based enablement programs while orchestrating key stakeholders and driving operational rhythm.

Core Responsibilities
- Support audience identification, scheduling, logistics, and tracking of global enablement sessions.
- Create session records, and perform data entry into internal systems and tools.
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deploy enablement programs virtually or in person.
- Ensure program deliverables meet established scope, timelines, priorities, and budget.
- Consult with internal team on process improvement and efficiencies.
- Stay up to date on current AI trends and internal tools to scale enablement operations efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience in project management, event management, or project coordination.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and respond well to feedback.
