Job Description

Title: HR Analyst II
Location: Walkersville, MD
Duration: 6 Months Assignment


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for service-related inquiries from recruitment, managers, employees, and other HR team members.
• Ensure the complete resolution of HR requests, including tracking and tracing.
• Offer outstanding customer service by promptly resolving queries and issues, really committing to provide a high-end user experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about business operations, structure, and key contacts to provide ad-hoc support and advice during HR calendar events.
• Monitor the quality of transactional work produced by the Hubs and key HR service metrics.
• Offer proactive advisory services on HR processes for HR Business Partners and line managers.
• Maintain regular contact and conduct reviews with HR teams for assigned areas, demonstrating an awareness of business area support, site-specific strategies, and challenges.
• Collaborate on site-specific projects as needed, maintaining a working knowledge of global and site-specific HR policies and procedures.

Education and Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• HR Certification is a plus.

Key Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; HRIS experience (Workday) preferred.
• Previous experience in a human resources role, with ticket management and employee relations experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service orientation with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated approach to improving processes with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

• The position follows a hybrid schedule of three days on-site and two remote days after full training, aligning with a Monday to Friday business hours framework.
