Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects
Location: Nashville, Tennessee 
Duration: 2 Months

Role and Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure.
  • Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain and track project progress using Asana.
  • Oversee daily installation activities and project execution.
Stakeholder Management
  • Lead weekly connects with global and regional teams.
  • Host kickoff calls and regular check-ins with site and project stakeholders.
  • Manage communication across multiple channels (Teams, Zoom, Slack, Chime, email).
  • Coordinate with site operations teams for workspace preparation and scheduling.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, PPE usage, and site safety procedures.
  • Oversee Avetta documentation and compliance processes.
Quality Control
  • Supervise Golden Station or prototype installation and approval process.
  • Ensure proper decommissioning of old equipment.
  • Manage equipment inventory and oversee installation quality.
  • Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment setup and management.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced industrial, logistics, production, or manufacturing environments.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics/warehouse operations.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery and reporting results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience in a supervisory/people management role.
  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expert user of Asana and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to travel to various warehouse sites as required.
  • Flexible to work different schedules/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for up to 10-hour shifts, and perform frequent physical tasks (push, pull, squat, bend, reach).
  • Work 40+ hours per week, with overtime as needed.
  • Ability to wear required PPE (composite/steel-toe footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat).
