Job Description

Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager, Product and Portfolio (Human Resources (HR) Program Manager - Onboarding III)
Job Duration: 6 Months
Location: Bellevue, WA Overland Park, Kansas  or Frisco, TX (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with legal, risk, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance is integrated into processes.
  • Tool & System Use: Utilize compliance software, regulatory databases, and internal systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Policy & Procedure Work: Draft, update, or review compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations.
  • Training & Guidance: Provide compliance guidance to business units or assist in developing training materials.
  • Audit & Documentation: Prepare for internal or external audits by organizing documentation and evidence of compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve compliance issues or incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Compile compliance reports for management or regulatory bodies.
  • Regulatory Research: Investigate new or changing regulations and assess their impact on the organization.

Preferred background/prior work experience:
  • Legal/Business/Governmental Regulatory and/or Compliance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. We’re not seeking an industry expert, but someone with a foundational understanding of regulatory or compliance programs.
Technology Requirements:
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel/PPT/Word/Outlook).
Priority soft skills:
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, communication skills, and organizational skills.
