Job Description

Position: International Commercial Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Seattle WA, hybrid remote
Reports to: Manager, International Commercial Performance
 
Key Responsibilities:
• International Commercial Performance:
o Assist with developing international market performance initiatives aimed at increasing sales, yield, revenue, and overall performance.
o Research developing trends and performance in Asia and Europe markets.
o Own analytics and data to provide insights to management
o Report on the performance of international initiatives, providing insights to management for decision-making and driving efficiency.
• Guest Experience Enhancement:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all guest touchpoints meet Airlines' high standards of service.
o Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all platforms.
o Conduct guest feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
o Address and resolve any operational challenges that may impact the guest experience.
o Manage the pre-trip guest webpages
o Monitor and report on the progress of guest experience initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Project Management:
o Manage the timeline and deliverables for guest experience enhancement projects.
o Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
o Prepare weekly reporting updates for internal stakeholders
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest experience management, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing integrations, enhancing customer experiences, and collaborating on commercial performance initiatives.
• Ability to think strategically and “outside the box”.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as independently in a fast moving environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with international airline operations.
• Familiarity with Japanese and Korean cultures and languages.
• Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
