Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote – EST
Duration: 6 Months
Must Have's:
1.Strong Traditional PM skills with HC experience
2. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
3. A basic understanding of claims processes is essential.

- Vendor & Contract Management
- Communication & Executive Presentation Skills
- Change Management
- Team Leadership & Delivery Ownership
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- It would be a great advantage if the candidates have previously worked in the Aetna Claims domain. However, at a minimum, a basic understanding of claims processes is essential.
