Qualifications:
Skill Set, required

• 6+ years working in the same functional area on 3 or more concurrent projects
• Experience managing 2 or more projects concurrently and the projects are in different phases
• Able to document the output of stakeholder interactions in written and flow diagrams
• Ability to think through the logical unit of work and conduct a complete impact analysis
• Able to develop good working relationships between all stakeholders
• Highly skilled in relational database
• Working knowledge VISIO
• Hands-on knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (for app building), Power Automate (for workflow automation), Power BI (for data analysis)
• Experience with Agile projects and methodology
• Excellent communication skills: able to take disparate information and present it in a complete, accurate, and concise manner

Purpose Statement:
The client's team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The client's Operation team is seeking a Project Manager with project management and technical skills to help support the growth and development of our internal program’s operational tools, which include:
• SharePoint: Internal team sites to manage team communications and documentation
• SMaRT: staff management automation and reporting tool

Major Responsibilities:
Projects
• Meet with APS stakeholders, understand the stakeholder needs and document their needs in a requirement repository
• Liaison between APS business stakeholders and technical stakeholders
• Engage and manage the stakeholders, processes, and technology that will accomplish the objectives of the project and operational processes
• Identify and design innovative solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop and manage the timeline of projects, forecast time and budget spend, and resource allocation
• Partner with and assist the development team during the development and testing phases: unit, functional, and user acceptance
• Develop and publish communication plan for the project’s deployment
• Develop, publish, and educate the stakeholders on deployment and its plan
• Develop and maintain training and user documentation
• Create and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders
Daily Support
• Onboard new programs into the APS staff management applications and process
• Support the diverse staff management programs in the application and processes
• Coordinate and support the staff management program administrators with their program personnel changes and business support needs
• Capture issues and enhancement requests, document in the backlog
• Perform initial analysis to define the issue or enhancement; using SQL and analysis of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI applications
