Job Title: Corporate Giving Grant Analyst
Onsite/Hybrid: 50% onsite
Location: Princeton Pike, NJ.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Duration: 6 Months
Position Summary
The Corporate Giving Grant Analyst is responsible for managing the administration of approved funding requests. This role ensures that funding applications are complete, accurate according to company and department SOPS and legal and compliance standards. The Analyst works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the administrative requirements of funding requests.
Key Responsibilities
• Communication with potential grant recipients/organizations including generation and sending out Corporate Giving Agreement (ie. contract), obtaining all required signatures (organization and company), requesting required documentation (ie. new vendor creation and/or update)
• Creating Purchase Orders; reviewing and approving invoices and troubleshooting payment issues
• Interacting with internal and/or external stakeholders to convey information related to Corporate Giving processes
• Keeping track and taking appropriate action on current, active funding requests
• Responsible for accuracy, completeness and quality of data entered and uploaded into CG system (Cybergrants)
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Qualifications
• Fluent (expert level in speaking, reading and writing) in one or more of the following languages – French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Turkish, as well as English
• Ability to articulate corporate giving and grants process to internal stakeholders and external customers in a professional manner.
• Assists in the identification of and recommendation for process improvement, procedures, information, and opportunities to improve departmental functions and increase service value to the enterprise.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Applies good judgment. Demonstrates a working knowledge of current area and general knowledge of other areas. Applies innovation to enhance productivity.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities for valuing diversity, develops working relationships with peers and clients, and consistently shows respect and professionalism toward others.
• Demonstrates ability to be a strong team player in various work settings.
• Demonstrates leadership potential by exhibiting the following qualities: trustworthiness, integrity, candor and openness.

• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba
Preferred Skills
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nonprofit sector.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and community organizations.
