The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will ensure a detailed checkout and verified functionality checks are performed, and the results are documented by the subcontractors to meet the standard and requirements of the contract.
Working in Semi-conductor or Data Center industries is highly regarded.
Typical systems may include: - HVAC systems
- Pumps
- Heat exchangers
- Pressure vessels
- Compressors
- Cooling systems
- Mechanical utility systems
- Process piping systems
- Packaged mechanical equipment
- Primary Responsibilities include
Perform system walkdowns. - Verify installation and system readiness.
- Monitor equipment performance.
- Document deficiencies.
- Coordinate vendors and construction support.
- Support turnover and acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with startup procedures and LOTO requirements.
