Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Conduct API testing to ensure integration accuracy and system performance.
- Validate payment workflows, transaction processing, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during onboarding and go-live phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment systems and integrations.
- Prepare and deliver bilingual (English & Spanish) documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- 8+ years of professional experience in client implementation or related technical roles.
- Proven expertise in API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, etc.).
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and related industry standards.
- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 and other payment message standards.
- Experience with payment gateways, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention systems.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in payments/banking.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
