Role: Application Analyst I
Duration: 6 months 
Location: PST or CST (100% remote) 
 
Ideal Background: Experience creating SOPs/runbooks for operational handoff; comfort building project plans and tracking rollout milestones; some exposure to Slack/Slackbot tooling a plus; strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, IT, or related field
• 2+ years in business analysis, documentation, and/or project coordination roles, ideally in a SaaS or operations environment
• Experience producing training videos, guides, or SOPs
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Salesforce or Slack platform familiarity a plus (AI) 

 Role Focus

• Primarily a Business Analyst/Application Analyst hybrid, with heavier emphasis on the BA side.

 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create operational documentation 
• Develop enablement materials 
• Build project plans 
• Support short-term operational initiatives 
• Assist with day-to-day operational improvements 

 Documentation Experience:

• Looking for operational documentation rather than instructional design experience.

 Examples include:

• SOPs 
• Runbooks 
• Process documentation 
• Operational training materials
