Description:
- The Quality Auditor Technician I is responsible for performing standardized inspections and audits on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with the client’s quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- This entry level role supports continuous improvement initiatives and helps maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing and fulfillment process.
- Perform incoming, in process, and final inspections of materials and products using established procedures and inspection criteria
- Conduct routine quality audits on production lines and document findings accurately
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials in accordance with company procedures
- Utilize inspection tools and equipment:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Gauges
- Other measurement tools
- Record inspection results in quality systems and maintain accurate documentation and traceability
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow ISO, regulatory, and internal quality guidelines at all times
- Assist in maintaining audit readiness for internal and external audits
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:

- Related fields
- Quality control principles
- Inspection processes
- Read and follow work instructions
- Interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry systems
