Job Title :Project Manager/Technology - Senior - Smartsheets Architect
Location – Westlake, TX  - Hybrid - Onsite 4 days, 5th is remote. Candidate picks their remote day.
Duration: 6 months to start

Description:
Must have indepth knowledge of configuring and enabling smartsheets,as this role is primarily focused on configuring and setting up smartsheets for the PMO.

This role will serve as the hub to coordinate comprehensive initiatives and optimize how the team manages projects, including establishing a new process in Smartsheet for more effective ongoing project management on the team.

This individual will:

• Build, manage, and optimize project plans, workflows, and dashboards in Smartsheet to enable visibility, collaboration, and accountability
• Develop standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution to support cross-team and cross-functional collaboration
• Establish reporting and insights on project performance, resource utilization, and overall project effectiveness

Ideal candidate:

• Have an understanding of philanthropic giving vehicles such as a donor-advised fun
•  Have a strong understanding of project management and workflow tools for optimal effectiveness and efficiency
• Project management certification, agile methodology, change management certification, and proven experience using these tools.
