Job Description

Job Title:  Project Manager(EPIC Revenue Cycle)
Duration of project:  12 months
Location :- Remote
 
Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives within the healthcare domain. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
  • Proven experience managing projects involving Epic Revenue Cycle
  • Strong understanding of Epic Revenue Cycle front-end and/or back-end processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues.
  • Forecast and track project financials.
  • Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal departments, and service partners.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle solutions, such as Epic Hospital based or Physician billing, HIM, Cadence, and/or MyChart
  • Strong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred).
  • PMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
