Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Sponsor Content Manager contractor to oversee sponsor communications and content operations across multiple large-scale events.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across both internal teams and external sponsors, with demonstrated expertise in customer service platforms like Zendesk (maintaining rapid response times), email marketing tools such as Email Builder for creating custom HTML communications, and data management systems including Airtable for scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Strong proficiency in HTML for email development, Microsoft Outlook for professional communications, and general data management practices are essential.
• The successful candidate should be comfortable working with 250+ sponsors across multiple concurrent events, managing high-volume communications (1,000+ tickets and emails annually), developing strategic communication plans, creating comprehensive resource materials, and analyzing performance data to inform future strategies.
• Experience in event content management, particularly with technical conferences or enterprise-level events, is highly valued.
• This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain quick turnaround times while delivering white-glove service, and comfort serving as a liaison between multiple teams to ensure seamless coordination across complex workstreams.

 
Must haves:

• Platform experience in Airtable, Outlook, HTML
• Data sorting experience capabilities for speaker communications management
